Eligible for Return

You can return products in the following cases:

• Manufacturing Defects: Items with stitching issues, fabric flaws, or quality problems
• Wrong Items Delivered: You received a different product than what you ordered
• Product Damage: Items damaged during transit or delivery
• Size Doesn't Fit: For size-related issues (exchange only, subject to availability)

Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Used or Washed Items: Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items Without Tags: Products with removed or damaged original tags
• Innerwear: For hygiene reasons
• Custom Tailored Items: Products tailored to your specific measurements

Return Process

3. Get Authorization: Our team will review and provide a Return Authorization number
4. Schedule Pickup: We'll arrange a free reverse pickup from your address
5. Quality Check: Once received, our team will inspect the returned item
6. Refund/Exchange: Upon approval, we'll process your refund or dispatch the exchange
