EVERGREEN WEAR is a family-owned clothing store based in Perundurai, Tamil Nadu, specializing in premium cotton apparel since 1995.

Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of order acceptance
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
• Payment must be made at the time of ordering via UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or Cash on Delivery (COD)
• COD is available for orders above ₹500 with a ₹49 convenience fee
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes

Shipping & Delivery

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999. ₹99 flat shipping fee for orders below ₹999
• Estimated delivery: 5-7 business days within Tamil Nadu, 7-10 business days pan-India
• We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances
• Delivery address must be accurate; we are not responsible for misdelivered packages

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 7-day return policy on eligible products. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact. For full details, please refer to our Returns Policy.

User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order
• Account information must be accurate and up-to-date
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• Misuse of the website, fraudulent orders, or abuse of return policies may result in account suspension

EVERGREEN WEAR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
